The rest depends on the number of participants and the topic. As much structure as necessary and as fluid as possible. By exchanging questions and experiences, we understand ourselves better. We gather experiences along the way and see what emerges.
What I can contribute is a perspective from the soul. This broadens your view and you begin to understand your life in a fundamental way. Perhaps for the first time.
Above all, my knowledge of who I am enables me to do this. In connection with this, I am in close contact with the beings that guide my soul, both in life and in counselling. This is where insights and energy flow in.
